Mesa Middle School #8 is a 132,414 SF middle school, prototypical of Rocky Heights MS (#7), located on approximately 22 acres in the Founders Village subdivision of Castle Rock.
This two-story block veneer with steel frame structure has a structural floor on drilled piers with the mechanical equipment located below the structural floor. The school has a 1,000 student core and classroom capacity and operates on a traditional calendar.

Carpeted classrooms, VCT in all corridors and science rooms, maple wood gym floor.
Roof:
Fully adhered EPDM membrane and ballasted EPDM membrane.

Masonry colored CMU veneer and structural block
INTERIOR WALLS:
Masonry, steel framing with gypsum board
INTERIOR FINISHES:
Painted CMU and gypsum board walls. Plastic laminated casework with type school fixtures. Science room fixtures and equipment.

A 73,146 SF school located on 10 acres in Parker CO, Stonegate subdivision. This two-story school utilizes high performance design, including block veneer, steel frame and a structural floor on spread footings.

Rock Canyon High School
Highlands Ranch CO
The existing high school received a 28,000 SF F-Pod addition, including general classrooms as well as two additional science classrooms. Student parking was realigned to improve drop-off and pick-up safety and flow.
