Building Construction
Foundation & Structure:
Drilled piers, grade beams, structural steel SOD, and LVL structural framing.
Site Construction:
The building is located on 5 acres. The building landscape consists of sod, 60 trees, 12,000 SF of concrete sidewalk and 2+ acres of asphalt parking.
Floors:
1st, concrete slab on deck
Roof:
Asphalt shingles.

INTERIOR WALLS:
Wood frame, gypsum drywall.
FLOORING:
Carpeted classrooms and corridors, ceramic and quarry tile in restrooms, and wood gym floor.
EXTERIOR WALLS:
Brick masonry veneer.
INTERIOR FINISHES:
Oak casework, paint, vinyl wall covering, sisal.
